Board of Trustees

The Gardner School Board of Trustees 2010

The Gardner School is a non-profit organization governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Trustees. The Gardner Board hires the Head of School to serve as the chief executive officer. The role of the Board of Trustees includes strategic planning, financial oversight, setting broad school policy such as tuition rates and supervising the School Head. Several members of the Board of Trustees are current parents in the School. The Board meet once a month and all meetings are open to members of the school community.
